Wightlink has confirmed there will be limited evening and overnight sailings on its Fishbourne-Portsmouth route from today (Wednesday) until Friday morning, due to ongoing maintenance works at both ports.
The cross-Solent operator says the maintenance is part of its scheduled programme and will impact services for the next couple of days.
Today, the final sailing from Portsmouth will depart at 18:20, with the next service not running until 03:00. From Fishbourne, the last sailing will be at 19:20, resuming again at 04:00.
On Thursday (22nd January), Portsmouth’s final sailing will be at 19:20, with a resumption at 03:00. The last sailing from Fishbourne will leave at 20:20, with services restarting at 04:00.
Wightlink has stated that all affected customers have already been contacted and transferred to alternative sailings.
